Ayora Studio III is a unique villa, designed as a creative space dedicated to photo and video shoots.

Conceived as a complete set in itself, the villa is available for rent by the hour or half-day, offering a wide variety of atmospheres, spaces, perspectives, and details, ideal for creative, editorial, and visual projects.

Upon arrival, private parking for scooters is available, and the experience begins with a completely separate entrance, accessible via a carefully designed driveway that includes a reception area and a surf rack.

This path creates a natural progression towards the ocean, enhancing the sense of discovery as you move forward.

The heart of the villa revolves around a sunken living room, structured by a large arch and a 5-meter ceiling height.

Extending from this space, an integrated bar extends the living room and opens through a large accordion-style window onto the infinity pool, offering an unobstructed view of the sea.

The whole creates a fluid sequence between the interior spaces, the water, and the landscape, where each element blends seamlessly into the setting.

This continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces creates a generous, open, and convivial atmosphere, enhanced by the spaciousness and the view of the horizon.

Materials play a central role in the identity of the place: exposed Indonesian stone, reclaimed wood, and marble floors combine to create an atmosphere that is at once raw, elegant, and timeless.

Numerous backlit stone niches punctuate the spaces and highlight the meticulous attention to every architectural detail.

The outdoor spaces also include an outdoor shower, further enhancing the experience by connecting directly to the pool and the ocean.

Upstairs, an intimate rooftop terrace offers breathtaking ocean views, particularly striking at sunset when the lights appear on the horizon.

The villa's most captivating space is the large office facing the sea, boasting several meters of glass facade. A long desk, complemented by a built-in sofa, creates a versatile space ideal for work, creativity, or contemplation, opening onto the ocean through a large arched window.

Spanning two levels, the villa features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy.
