Ayora Villa II

Opening April 1st

Currently under construction, Ayora II will open its doors on April 1st.

Located in Uluwatu – Bingin, this one-bedroom villa, slightly larger than Ayora I, offers ocean views from every room.

Its L-shaped architecture, with 5-meter high ceilings and exposed beams, combines wood and Indonesian stone in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

One of its key features is its large, fully equipped kitchen, enhanced by an arched window overlooking the sea.

The outdoor spaces include a terrace, a large pergola with a dining area, a swimming pool, and an outdoor shower, all designed to allow guests to fully enjoy the surrounding environment.

Inside, the villa features a spacious living room with a very large sofa, a Smart TV on an articulated arm, as well as built-in niches and subtly illuminated architectural details.

The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet.

The elegantly designed bathroom is naturally lit by a skylight clad in woven wood.

Completely independent, Ayora II boasts a private entrance and dedicated scooter parking, just minutes from Uluwatu's iconic restaurants, cafes, beaches, and surf spots.
